Content Writer - website copy (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
