Northwind Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with deposit accounts.
