We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge.
