Content Writer - website copy (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
