Redstone Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Birmingham, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files.
