Summit Lakeside Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Baltimore serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on website copy. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts.
