Summit Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Baltimore, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
