Content Writer - website copy (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be website copy. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
