Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group is an insurance company in Anchorage with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
