Rivermark Wren Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Anchorage, and we need a Content Writer to lead our website copy. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
