Content Writer - tenant outreach (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Iron Housing helps housing associations in the Cleveland area understand what their tenants need. We are hiring a part-time content writer to turn our findings into plain-language material tenants will read. What you will do • Write tenant newsletters, repair guides and short explainers on rent and benefits changes. • Interview residents and staff to find the questions people actually ask. • Edit reports for our association clients so they read clearly. You should have • A portfolio showing plain, friendly writing on practical subjects. • Experience with housing, social services or public information is a plus. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, remote-friendly with occasional visits to client offices.
