Content Writer - public information (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water to about 150,000 people around Cleveland. We are hiring a part-time content writer to make our public information clear. What you will do • Write website pages, bill inserts and notices on flushing, lead pipes and water quality. • Interview engineers and lab staff and turn technical answers into plain language. • Prepare social posts for outages and repairs. What we are looking for • Three years of writing experience; public-sector or science communication experience is a plus. • Accurate, friendly and quick. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, on site in Cleveland.
