Content Writer - plain-language guides (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
