Content Writer - plain-language guides (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Rowan Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
