Content Writer - plain-language guides (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Forge Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
