Content Writer - plain-language guides (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
