Content Writer - plain-language guides (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Bright Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around St. Louis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
