We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
