Bright Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with rent assistance.
