Content Writer - plain-language guides (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
