Harborlight Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Seattle serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
