Summit Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Seattle, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations.
