Content Writer - plain-language guides (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Savannah, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
