Content Writer - plain-language guides (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
