Content Writer - plain-language guides (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
