Silverline Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing.
