Fernwood Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Antonio, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing.
