Content Writer - plain-language guides (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
