Highbridge Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Salt Lake City design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge.
