Lumen Stone Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
