Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Reno. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
