Greenridge Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Reno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
