Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
