Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
