Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Wichita serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
