Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
