Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
