Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a law firm in Buffalo serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
