Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Community Partners Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
