Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Savannah presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 382 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
