Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Housing Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
