Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
