Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners runs community programmes across Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
