Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Summit Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
