Nova Ivory Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
