Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Redstone Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Boston with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
