Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
