Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Silverline Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Denver focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
