Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Denver serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
