Clearpath North Insurance Partners is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
